Both law school and bar prep can be rife with sudden mental and emotional breakdowns.
As the semester or test prep progresses...
These breakdowns plague more students.
These breakdowns occur more frequently.
and
These breakdowns go further down.
I know that succumbing to your worst fears might feel inevitable.
I am not suggesting that your fears aren’t real.
I am suggesting—if you can—now is the time to confront your very real fears.
If you can’t, that is okay.
Each life experience is unique, and no one can judge another person’s fight in a particular moment.
However, the answer is not to let those fears drag you down.
The answer is to seek help.
You can turn to family, friends, spiritual leaders, counselors, mentors, coaches, etc.
If your goal is something you want, you need to find that next level of strength.
You can find it on your own.
or
You can let someone to help you find it.

Just hold on, and I'll find you
Just fight a little longer my friend.
